KISS 1974

Most people know that I saw KISS live in Canada in 1979 (when I was 5). All I can say is thank you Mom, Dad (proud moment I'm sure) and Paul. Cathy on the other hand didn't seem to pleased but she will get a pass because she also has passed down some great bands as well (The Who for starters). Since 1979, I have been a loyal member of the KISS Army and have seen KISS live too many times to count.

KISS is regarded as one of the most influential rock and roll bands of all-time. Their career milestones are staggering. KISS holds honors as one of America’s top gold record champions, recording 36 albums over 32 years selling over 75 million albums worldwide.

February 18, 1974 - The band’s self-titled debut album, "KISS" is released (what a great day & album). The following is a link to a KISS classic "Firehouse" from this album. If you can get through to the end you will see the soon to be winner of the Apprentice, Gene Simmons perform his fire-breathing ending.

Enjoy - I will.

Dude, I was the reason we saw that concert! If you remember (and you probably don't), I saw KISS on the billboard and promptly yelled for Dad to pull over and get tickets...He did (thanks Dad!), and it was one of the best vacations we ever had! I'm sure Cathy would disagree...All I know is I was the most popular guy in 4th grade. It was downhill from there...
